Because we
take a boat off the market for a reservation and do
NOT double book, any
cancellations must be received by email to:
jt@jtsboatrentals.com
BEFORE giving the nonrefundable 50% of charter
rental deposit.
Once the
nonrefundable reservation deposit has been made, no
cancellations, date/time changes are allowed, and no refunds
will be granted.
The
deposit confirms the charter date and time which cannot be changed,
so please make sure your group will attend the date
chosen before giving the deposit.
Full
payment is usually required 30 days in advance of
scheduled charter date but does not apply to
last-minute bookings which should be prepaid in full.
Postponement of charter due to unsafe conditions can
occur only by JT's determination with a rain check
issued to be used in same season, subject to
availability.
JT's See
Breeze has plastic enclosures and roof to protect passengers
from light rain, cold temperatures or breezy
conditions so charters still go out in light rain.
If heavy
rain, lightning or high winds, the charter
will be either delayed or rescheduled in same year upon availability.
NOTE:
Sorry, JT's does
not refund any deposits made for confirmed bookings
after reservation deposit is received whether
charter was cancelled by customer or postponed by
driver due to unsafe conditions.
Customer-cancelled bookings cannot be rescheduled.
If charter is postponed by JT's,
every effort
will be done to reschedule the charter within 90
days subject to availability.
Only rain checks
for use in the same season (holidays excluded) will be issued
for remaining time
if the rental period has started and inclement
weather arises during the rental. If the
rental time has NOT started, the renter is present
at the slip AND it is raining heavily, lightning is
occurring OR there are high winds OVER 20 mph for
hazardous conditions, the driver will
either delay the start time or cancel the charter which will be rescheduled upon
availability in the same season. |
