Wed. & Thurs. sunset public cruises and Sunday cruises continue
through the fall depending on demand, private charters and voucher
expiration date. Before voucher expiration, you may use
the value you paid for a public cruise toward any private
charter cost.
*NOTE: A public charter will
not go out if there are no reservations so please do not just show up at
the dock as no one may be there! Reserve a cruise ASAP to beat the
heat, for best availability (space available) and to avoid voucher expiration.

those paying with cash, please email

paying cash, your name, how
many adults, how many
kids (only on Wed. & Sun.)
and the kids' weights with 2 choices of charter dates that you can
definitely go. Please also
read public cruise
details below. JT's will reply with a confirmation email or give you
other dates if your requested one is not available. If you do not get a reply
to your email in 24 hrs., please call and leave a message.
Once confirmed, you may not change
dates.
If you do not show for a reservation,
any prepayment will not be refunded.
If you do not have an email address, call
and leave a message with your FULL NAME, cell phone number, number of
adults and/or children, cash or which company's voucher, any kids'
weights and 2 choices of dates requested you can definitely go. JT's must reply to confirm reservation
due to space availability and weather permitting.
Once
confirmed, reservations cannot be changed or cancelled.
If you bought or are thinking about
buying a prepaid voucher, one voucher is required per person per
cruise but there is no limit on how many you can purchase. You can bring
friends or also come again on other later cruises if you purchase more
vouchers. Instructions should be on the voucher for redemption procedures,
valid days, exact directions to JT's slip and expiration date.
Because of high call volume, we ask that you
email
us ASAP after voucher purchase the full name ON THE VOUCHER, first and second choices of days desired
you can definitely go (if prepaid
certificate, check for valid days), state which prepaid
certificate type, cell phone number, number of people and any kids'
weights (only for Wed.& Sun. cruises). JT's reply email will confirm a requested date or give you
available dates. Please read details below as reservations
required and you must have JT's reply reservation confirmation email.
If
you do not receive JT's reply email after 24 hrs., call
972.292.1001 and leave a voice message with your cell number.
Once confirmed, reservations cannot be
changed or cancelled, and prepaid voucher will be forfeited and voided without a refund.
YOU WILL EITHER HAVE A CONFIRMED
RESERVATION or a "standby" reservation (if public cruise is full and the date
is a special occasion) to take someone's place with a confirmed reservation
who does not show
as each cruise can take 40- 50 people.
* Important Note: A public
charter will not go out if there are no reservations
so for last-minute reservations, please call AND email before coming if you do
not have a reservation.
Once
date is confirmed by JT's email reply, reservations cannot be changed or cancelled
so make sure you can go before requesting any dates.
Please also reconfirm the morning of your charter to let us know you
have not forgotten about your reservation and will still be coming as you forfeit your voucher
if you don't come, whatever the reason.
Sorry, prepaid vouchers will be forfeited for failure to appear ("no show.")
Vouchers are not stored value gift cards.
Please reserve a date ASAP after purchase! Do not wait
until the last month as cruises may be full and voucher/coupon will expire as
is space available. A private cruise may be booked at additional cost
less voucher value if available if
you want only your group on a cruise.
Please remember that all prepaid
vouchers do not include tax or tip on the regular price so $5/adult
(cash only) is suggested upon boarding. Only use the exact directions on
www.JTsBoatRentals.com as we
are not on land but are on the lake, and Google Maps, MapQuest is incorrect if
using Eagle Point Marina address as we are not on Eagle Point Rd. nor on
Garden Ridge Rd. but
are in 1 of 850 slips on water! JT's public cruises are in Lewisville
at the exit called Garden Ridge where the new DART Rail Station is
located and NOT at the Garden Ridge STORE exit. JT's driveway is across
from the Rail Station, north of the Slalom Shop--see website directions.
PLEASE ARRIVE 30-40 MINS. BEFORE
DEPARTURE allowing extra time for I-35E traffic and construction as boat leaves on time.
If you miss the boat, the voucher
would be forfeited for failure to appear as we cannot wait for late
arrivals for the courtesy of our other customers who have waited 30 mins.
so please allow extra time for traffic, construction delays, getting
lost, etc.
Cancelled charters due to weather will
appear online 2 hrs. before departure along with a phone message on
972-292-1001 so don't call before this asking if the cruise will be
cancelled. We decide checking
radar maps on various web sites 2 hrs. before.
Note: it might be raining where
you are but not at Lake Lewisville, so please call if in doubt regarding
weather conditions.
If JT's does not cancel the cruise and you do not
appear for your reservation, voucher will be forfeited and voided.
